If you broke them:

If your headphones broke accidentally, (like sitting on them or your dog chewed them up) we understand- accidents happen! With proof of purchase within six months, Bass Effect Audio will offer a 50% discount off current MSRP value in the form of a coupon code you can use on our website.

If it’s a manufacturing defect:

If your headphones broke, due to no fault of your own, then it may be a manufacturer defect. Tell us what happened

Returns and refunds:

Your Bass Effect Audio product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized Bass Effect Audio dealer. If a defect exists, Bass Effect Audio at its option will

(1) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts,

(2) exchange the product with a functional equivalent product that is new or refurbished, or

(3) refund the original purchase price. Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. This does not mean you can abuse your headphones and expect warranty service.

We do not cover normal wear and tear, blown speakers, cut cords, bent jacks, scratches, loss or theft. This warranty excludes damages resulting from abuse, accident, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. Customization of your product will void your warranty.

Any recovery is limited to the original purchase price. No other person is authorized to modify this limited warranty. Your seller is responsible for any other warranties.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state and jurisdiction. These rights shall not be affected by this limited warranty. This warranty cannot be transferred or assigned.
